The dealership has been great so far. I think a better system of updating customers when the car is in for a service would be nice. I had my car there for undercoating and didn’t get any I think a better system of updating customers when the car is in for a service would be nice. I had my car there for undercoating and didn’t get any updates until the car was ready (which was not until 6pm and I was told to get the car by 7.) I had sent a message to the guy who was my service guy but the reply was automated and said he was away from his desk. If he was going to leave for the day someone should have at least updated me to let me know he was no longer going to be around. I had a great experience with Julio when it came to buying my car. He was really personable and I truly believe he gave me the best deal for the car. More
