Great customer skills. However, the car had an open soft recall since May 1. I purchased it on the 6th with the recall. In addition, when I was shown the monthly payments o However, the car had an open soft recall since May 1. I purchased it on the 6th with the recall. In addition, when I was shown the monthly payments of different installments period, I was told by Zane that he is including undercoating and Ceramic repel. The ceramic repel is standard and not optional per Honda Service Consultant Jay. Therefore, it was not necessary to make it look like Zane was giving us an awesome deal by adding the coating. I probably still would buy the car even if he didn't mention that he was adding the coating. It is standard like the back up camera. How would it sound if the dealership says, we are also adding a backup camera with your vehicle? I felt deceived. This is my 5th Honda vehicle. If you have a loyal customer you don't need to fake it. The dealership has been great so far. I think a better system of updating customers when the car is in for a service would be nice. I had my car there for undercoating and didn’t get any updates until the car was ready (which was not until 6pm and I was told to get the car by 7.) I had sent a message to the guy who was my service guy but the reply was automated and said he was away from his desk. If he was going to leave for the day someone should have at least updated me to let me know he was no longer going to be around. I had a great experience with Julio when it came to buying my car. He was really personable and I truly believe he gave me the best deal for the car. More
