I was very hesitant to buy a car during this time as there are chip shortages and higher than usually used car prices. He just has a way with talking I felt comfortable going in without being taken advantage of. My in person salesman Sheki was down to earth from the moment i met him and their sales manager Mahamad never put any pressure on me gave me a fair deal considering most dealers are doing mandatory add ons Mahamad gave me no extra fees no unwanted added accessories no mandatory add ons. Financing was quick simple no going back and forth 100 times literally walked in test drove went through numbers in 5 min and was out with our new Honda CR-V Touring in about an hour. I have to congratulate the owners for having such a good team. Thank you! More

overall the experience was a positive one and Sheki was very professional and had great follow up for my questions before and after i purchased the car. I was however not very pleased that I was told I ha very professional and had great follow up for my questions before and after i purchased the car. I was however not very pleased that I was told I had to pay $750 for the theft deterrent system (chip) because it is your dealerships practice to install that in all used cars. I have insurance coverage to protect against theft of my car and so consumers should not be forced to pay for that type of option. More
