Sheki made me feel valued as a customer and my experience of buying a new car easy and very comfortable. As a woman nearly 70 years old it was likened to being helped by your kind trustworthy neighbor next door, Sheki was honest, knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you Sheki! I also appreciated the Manager Ken Ugo who came out several times to ensure that everything was going well or if I had any further questions. Sheki, however took very good care that I got the car that I was looking for. Also, I would like to thank the Finance Manager Greg who was very thorough in handling the finances. McGrath Honda of Elgin is an awesome dealership. It is extremely clean and staff are friendly. They have an inventory of well maintained cars. The salesmen Sheki Biba gave me a stress free experience during this process. He made it possible for my daughter to purchase a car while she was at her job site. He had all of the paperwork completed then followed me an 1 hour away to my daughters job so she can sign all of the documents. Then he brought me back to the dealership to pickup my daughter's car. This is a very honest dealership. After buying the car and signing all the papers, they did an inspection and decided to replace my tires and timing belt.
