Our Salesman Danny was wonderful! Although new, he was Focused, friendly, eager to help. If he didn't know an answer, he had no problem going and finding it! I felt like he truly wanted to make our experience great and personal. He truly wanted to get us the best deal possible for the exact car I wanted.... he didn't want me to settle for anything less!. Although it seemed management should have given more detailed training, he did Awesome! The manager that came over was happy and friendly and did all he could to make us happy! Paperwork with Sheki was quick and easy. And the car came out in perfect condition! Clean and ready! Danny took the time to help me set up some of the fancy programs like connecting my phone etc. All Around Great experience, except for the fact that although a PIF cash deal, both mine and my sons credit was run , so our credit received negative credit impact over a cash deal. This part was very upsetting because we were told by Paul (manager) they were required to run our credit ... which was a lie, According to The Fair Credit reporting act. More
