Sheldon was awesome! I made an appointment with him weeks out to assess my lease that I was getting ready to return and that I was interested in a Corolla Hybrid. When a Hybrid came in that was not purchased by the person who ordered it, he immediately let me know it was available. I came in the next morning and after 45 minutes checking the car out and giving the thumbs up, I came back at noon for a half hour to finish the paperwork and drove away in my new car. Sheldon was kind, polite, respectful with NO pressure, answering any questions I had. Toyota itself was also awesome. Thanks for all your help! More

Not only was Sheldon professional, he was amazingly helpful in getting the vehicle that I wanted. He was able to tell me things about the vehicle, so very knowledgeable, not pushy.
