I bought my first Cadillac ATS from Joshua Jones at Ed Morse almost 4 years ago. Joshua has always kept in touch with me, checking on my vehicle and if I needed anything to reach out. Although I loved my ATS, I needed something bigger. Joshua sent me pictures, details and finally got me where I was ready to trade in my lease. The process was as smooth and comfortable as my first lease. I recommend Joshua and Ed Morse to everyone! They have my business for life... Next vehicle for me ESCALADE! Anthony Hyde Went Above And Beyond I rent cars regularly for business travel & entertainment. I've rented Cadillacs 1/2 dozen times (ATS, CTS, & Escalade) over the past year. I own (& l I rent cars regularly for business travel & entertainment. I've rented Cadillacs 1/2 dozen times (ATS, CTS, & Escalade) over the past year. I own (& love) a BMW M3 (Reeves) & really didn't "need" a new car. However, when comparing costs spent on rentals yearly to the September lease specials advertised on the website, it economically made sense to come in & take a look at the options around $299 - $349/ month. I contacted via ‘live chat’ on the website. The rep answered the questions I had. I explained I wanted to see what trim options were available on ALL the low end price lease specials (ATS, XT5, CTS). Abby reached out via email & phone that evening. I phoned her back the following day, but was never able to connect with her. I ended up connecting with Evelyn. Who stated the only information passed along was my interest for the ATS. I again stated my interest in all the low end payment lease specials. I started the finance app b/c I knew I'd be getting something. I scheduled an appt for 9/29 @ 11. I received a phone call from Anthony confirming my appt (loved that). I arrived to a friendly face & his trainee who politely said "Are you ready to see your new car?" For the 3rd time, I explained my interests. It was apparent this had not been passed along to Anthony. He handled it professionally and flawlessly. Immediately walking to his office to confirm everything I mentioned seeing on the website & got a key for each vehicle question. He & the trainee then pulled each car under the awning (keeping me out of the sun - super nice). He went through every vehicle in detail with me (ATS, CTS, XT5) when finally I asked about the CT6. He again wasted no time getting the key for that, moving the cars around (now a 3rd time) to show me (& educate me) on the model. The CT6 was my favorite & the only one I wanted to test drive. I left the dealership & sent my husband back up later that to test drive the CT6 & get his opinion on if it's worth it to get that model (higher payment than looking to spend). Anthony & I went back & forth by text (my request - loved that he communicated via text for me) that night on other options. A premium model was available, but in red. Which, ‘no red’ was one of the 1st things I said. He suggested coming in to take a look at it in person. Also suggesting that the model was on the website and I could look there prior to coming in. I agreed and made an appt the next day to come check it out, but canceled it. I decided I didn’t love any of them. Not enough to justify the expense. My husband ended up forgetting his license the night before during the test drive. Anthony was great, went & found where he left it. So now, I had to come back… He called me around 2pm to say he had CT6 Prem Lux (higher payment than I wanted) black on black - my specific trim preference. I arrived to see this beautiful beast of a car that I immediately feel in love with. I had Anthony submit my finance app on the higher end beauty. Went home to tell my husband who thought the payment would be too much, still thinking it wouldn’t be something he’d love too. We had dinner plans at 4:30. Anthony was kind enough to start all the paperwork for me & message me when the finance manager would be ready for me to not interfere with our dinner plans. Sure enough, we arrive (me all smiles) & he shows my husband the car. HE LOVE IT TOO! We were out of there in 45 minutes. My intention was to get a car that economically made sense. While the payment is a little higher - IT'S WORTH EVERY PENNY. I love love love my new car. And my husband loves it too. Great for business trips & entertainment. Anthony went above & beyond throughout the entire process. He genuinely cared that I was happy. Not at anytime did I feel like I was being 'sold something'. Rather, I had great rep that answered my questions, educated me on EVERY model car I looked at so that I could make the right choice. Being that I purchased a demo car with over 3000 miles on it, there was some wear & tear that needed to be addressed. Anthony quickly got me squared away with Shelley in service. She and Wendy did a great job (friendly, personable and professional) with addressing and correcting the initial issues. Reeves has ALWAYS been good to me. However, Ed Morse Cadillac was the right choice with my new car purchase. Starting with Anthony. He is exactly who I'd want representing my company if it were my business. I will always refer my family & friends to him specifically. Since my purchase, Anthony has followed up 3 times to ask how I am liking the car. I needed my leased Cadillac from Ed Morris Cadillac serviced and I contacted Michael who explained to me and my wife all our options regarding our current lease or the greatest deal for a 60 month zero interest loan on a new XT5 Cadillac. Michael proceeded to show my wife and me the available cars, colors and interiors. We test drove several vehicles and finally my wife reached a conclusion. Michael was very professional, courteous and at no time either my wife or I felt like we were under pressure to purchase a car. In fact we only went to have the leased vehicle serviced and with such an offer from Ed Mortis Cadillac with zero interest for 60 months we just could not turn down this offer. She has also been willing to help AFTER the sale -- never bothered about questions and being contacted about things during the "new owner learning curve." Amazed at the cheerful, helpful, passionate, and professional attitude of all employees helping me: Karen, Jennifer, Kevin, Angel, Shelley, & George. Not only are they timely and thorough, each service representative has gone above and beyond to make it a great experience. This last visit I had the pleasure of dealing with Shelley, who not only clearly explained what needed to be done, she didn't "oversell" me and actually helped me save money by reviewing the service coupons I had to apply them where possible. There is a comfortable waiting area with complimentary beverages and pastry items, as well as a popcorn machine. Although I didn't partake, it's nice to have so many choices. Thank you to the service team - you really are top-notch! More
