Shelley was amazing! So knowledgeable, not pushy, and can tell she knows this business. She takes care of the people she helps. Mike was good but he messed up our lease trade-in and only sort of rectified th tell she knows this business. She takes care of the people she helps. Mike was good but he messed up our lease trade-in and only sort of rectified the situation instead of possibly trying to make it right. He also didn't explain some of the extra charges that go into the loan. Granted we should have maybe asked but he just kind of put papers in our lap and said sign here.
