After the GM read my negative review he asked me to call so I did, here’s how it went, 5 visits and over a month later they weren’t able to make the door look like new as they promised before I bought the vehicle. Again it’s a freaking door and they can’t seem to get it right. When I talked to the GM he said they would fix it and that’s a lie. Not happy with them or Grossinger Hyaudai. Shelley dsaid it would look like new when she sold me the truck and that’s a lie. You can obviously tell that the door has imperfections. over a month it took them and still, it’s not what they promised. Be careful when they promise something. More

Several months later, she called and said she had the perfect car for me with even more options that I dreamed of. At the dealership, Ms Shelley showed me around and made me feel very comfortable. After seeing the car and knowing it was the one for me, Ms Shelley and Mr. Dan, the general sales manager, worked very had to help me obtain the car. Mr. Mike, in finance was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and alleviated any concerns that I may have had. The outstanding professionalism, teamwork and customer service make the Sullivan Buick dealership one that I would gladly recommend. More
