This is the fourth Lexus I have purchased at Lexus of Akron-Canton. Shelley Turpin and Sale Manager Shab Tadayon exceeded all of my expectations ever step of the way. I went to them after being involved Akron-Canton. Shelley Turpin and Sale Manager Shab Tadayon exceeded all of my expectations ever step of the way. I went to them after being involved an accident that resulted in my 2019 GX 460 being totaled. Shelley and Shab, from the very first time I walked into the dealership, did everything they could to make what stated out as a negative experience (the accident) into a very positive one. Shelley was prompt and kept me informed during the entire process. With her help I was able to get the exact GX 460 that I wanted. Shab went above and beyond helping to arrange a rental vehicle for me drive while waited for my new 2022 GX 460. I was able to walk away from my accident because of the protection that the GX provided. Lexus builds a great automobile, but it is the people at Lexus at Akron Canton that are the true stars.
