Shelley was very knowledgeable, understanding and willing to work hard to find a car I wanted. I'm not easy to please ... but she did it! The dealership is a comfortable facility with nice sitting areas for service customers and a great indoor area for vehicle orientation to all the bells and whistles. My only criticism is the length of time involved in signing the paperwork, even though already pre-approved for the partial loan I wanted. The paperwork is the old triplicate forms that don't print well or align well vs a modern laser printer/copier for ease of use. I really felt for the finance mgr who was processing everything and for Shelley for staying late til the paperwork was done. I love my car and truly respect my salesperson and tech instructor. More
