We worked primarily with Shelley who was wonderful from the beginning. She listened to what we were looking for in a car and kept us up to date in the search for the perfect car. We were pleased when she contacted us and let us know she found the car wanted. It was perfect. She made the review and buying process easy and had our best interests in mind. I can't thank Shelley and Lexus enough. We are glad to be a Lexus car owner again. More

She so understanding when I went to pick up my car and was not exactly thrilled with the color. She said problem, and she worked hard to find the color combo and package that I was happy with. I couldn't be more pleased with the car she found for me, and with the personalized service she provided. Also kudos to the gentleman who went over everything in the car with me when I picked it up. He did a great job (I'm sorry, I have forgotten his name - Kevin, maybe??). All and all, a very positive experience - thank you! More

Shelley worked with us for months until we decided then she found the perfect car for us. We had a slight issue with the protection package but everyone in the service department worked with us to get it resolved. I needed to sign some additional paperwork and Bruno went through it with me to my satisfaction. Very friendly staff, we were always greeted and made to feel welcomed, unlike our experience at another dealership. More
