I have bought three BMW X5's from Sheraz Sheikh and they have all been serviced by Jim Miscioscia...they are both super people and have taken great care of me and I would recommend them to anyone. I bought a BMW X1 in June'13 and I had a very nice experience with Herbs chambers. I was helped by the sales executive 'Sheraz' and he is a real professional. Unlike other typical car showrooms, there was absolutely no pressure on me to decide the same day or pay a deposit to 'put a hold' on the car after the test drive. I feel its a nice thing to give freedom/time to the buyer as this is not a small amount of money. I also would like to mention my experience on car delivery as well. It was raining heavily on the day of delivery and Sheraz was nice enough to keep the car inside the showroom until I showed up to prevent it from getting 'dirty' (though I showed up a little late). They did not have 'all weather mats' and I was given the carpet mats with a promise that they'll call me as soon as the all weather mats become available. With no follow up, I get an email the following day to come collect the mats. When I went there, Sheraz helped me with the mats as well as my questions on the iPod connectivity (he even gave me an extra cable for free!). When we buy the next car for my wife, I'll definitely go back to Herb chambers again! More
