Service: I'd like to thank James Gibbons who has been my service advisor on multiple occasions doing an exceptional job in servicing my 2012 X5. From check-in to check-out, everyone is doing a phenomenal job (valet, receptionist, loaner service, service advisor, etc.). The lounge area is very comfortable should you choose to wait, or opt-in for courtesy shuttle drop-off or book a loaner in advance, many options are available to ensure customers like myself are happy with the whole experience. I am now the proud owner of 2016 X5 and looking forward to the enjoyable service appointments. More

Sheraz Sheikh met us at the door and was very helpful in getting us set up to test drive the vehicle. My husband and I loved how the car drove, so we engaged with Sheraz in person and via email about the X5. He was very responsive, answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He let us come to a decision about purchasing the vehicle without any pressure. We purchased the X5 and are very happy with the upgrade! He also promised my son a BMW hat and he delivered on the day we got the keys. My son was thrilled! We look forward to working with him in the future. We also worked with Devan Frye who walked us through the inside of the vehicle and the computer system that is so integral to the vehicle operating correctly. He was very patient with me and has asked us to come back in to get a more thorough tutorial on the vehicle. More

Sheraz showed us the car, facilitated a great deal, took care of obtaining our NJ registration, and delivered our new X5 as promised. Upon taking delivery, we received a nice BMW gift. I enjoyed the whole process of purchasing a new X1 from Herb Chambers of Boston all because Sheraz Sheikh is such a pleasure to work with. First, he is exceptional in understanding my preferences precisely and quickly thanks to his volumes of knowledge and experience in BMW. I was a little picky over features, and there’s not a lot of inventory to choose from. But very quickly he found the exact car that matches all my needs! Second, Sheraz is efficient, professional, down-to-earth, and honest. Price negotiation process is smooth. There is no pressure. The subsequent paperwork process with Sheraz and finance manager Flora Abbasi is also easy and pleasant. Sheraz also helped find a better rate for me which just exceeded my expectation. Third, Sheraz is courteous, friendly, nice and warm. He went over all the features with me when the car was delivered. He also followed up with me on any questions I may have on the car afterwards. And YES, initially, I thought my client advisor Sheraz was a little off beat. Over the period of time as he realized the situation, I believe he understood my position very well. He then became patient and helped me out with the car. One thing which I wish was done, is going a little slow with the deal would have been more fun. Sheraz is a good advisor to talk to for understand and matching your needs. His experience speaks volumes. He helped me do a lot of research and did stress to understand about the BMW experience. Business Manager - Mohammed Kaleem This guy changed the game at Herb Chambers for me. His advise on the car bargain and trade was brilliant. He made the car buying experience a great great experience for me. I would recommend everyone to speak once with this guy before you buy the car. Finance Manager - Rob Gayle Rob is a person who can clearly explain the BMW Financing and reasons on interest rate and flexibility of lease. He is truly knowledgeable and understands the dynamics of a customer and his frustration on dealing with financing the humongous BMW deal. Cons: 1. They sometimes rush into the deal really fast 2. Decisions sometimes can get crazy with these guys dealing heavy volumes 3. Their tone can be rude but is not in reality 4. May seem harsh when you walk in for the first time 5.
