I was leaning toward waiting until my husband could come in and be with me, but Kevin gave me such a sense of confidence in the process and product that my hesitancy fell away. He was also very accessible over the preceding week communicating via email and a lot of the preliminary work was completed before I even walked in. That made the process very easy!
