I have been working at Crown Mitsubishi since 1999 although I started working for Crown in 1998. I worked at our Pontiac store before I was transferred to Mitsubishi. I have lived in Florida since 1985. I moved here from Ohio after I graduated from high school. I have been married since 1998 and have a 13-year old daughter named Ashley. In my free time I love to cook, play cards, and hang out at the beach – the best part of Florida!

Best service From the moment that I arrived Sherry was very attentive, she listen very carefully while I explained about my vehicles concern. She filled the paper very quickly and then escorted me to the waiting area.Sherry kept me well informed about my vehicles repair. When the vehicle was finished Sherry informed me and she completed the paper work and escorted me to my vehicle. Thank you Sherry for outstanding service. More

Recall work Sherry Vieira was most knowledgeable. However, I was informed the recall would take 3-4 hours. 5.5 hours later I received my car. The length of tim Sherry Vieira was most knowledgeable. Wonderful John Heil was EXCELLENT in his explanation of the service to be provided, approximate time necessary to do so, and accommodated me in using the shuttl John Heil was EXCELLENT in his explanation of the service to be provided, approximate time necessary to do so, and accommodated me in using the shuttle service to home and back later in the day. He is not only extremely pleasant and personable to deal with, he explains everything in a non-automotive way for my understanding. Will continue to come back for service on our vehicle. this service work was done on 2013 kia soul took car in for oil change,i had an a 7:30 appointment,I arrived at 6:50 and the shop wasn't opened but they was nice enough to let me wait inside unt took car in for oil change,i had an a 7:30 appointment,I arrived at 6:50 and the shop wasn't opened but they was nice enough to let me wait inside until work started.
