I have been working at Crown Mitsubishi since 1999 although I started working for Crown in 1998. I worked at our Pontiac store before I was transferred to Mitsubishi. I have lived in Florida since 1985. I moved here from Ohio after I graduated from high school. I have been married since 1998 and have a 13-year old daughter named Ashley. In my free time I love to cook, play cards, and hang out at the beach – the best part of Florida!

Made the error of letting an independent shop remove and replace a headlamp.Big mistake! They botched it , big time.Sherry Vieira got it taken care of in 90 minutes.I have been dealing with Crown since 1994 replace a headlamp.Big mistake! We recently moved to St. Petersburg, FL, so we were in need of a Kia dealership to maintain our new Sportage. Initially we stopped by Crown Kia to get information on how to handle our warranty and routin need of a Kia dealership to maintain our new Sportage. Initially we stopped by Crown Kia to get information on how to handle our warranty and routine maintenance service. Matt was the 1st person we met there. He not only made the process of transferring our info to them easy, he took the time to explain how the effects of the differences in climates between Indiana and Florida can have on our vehicle. Afterwards he got us set up with our appointment. Today we went in for our service and met Sherry, who works with Matt. In no time she had us signed in and ready to be serviced. Before going out to the car she asked if we had any concerns or problems we needed addressed. I mentioned that the only thing we noticed was that one of the chrome wheels was flaking a little. She looked at it and pointed it out to the service techs. Once they were done, Matt came to the waiting area to get us. They had taken the liberty of contacting Kia regarding the wheel and ordered one to replace it as it was covered under warranty. They even threw in a complimentary car wash and vacuum. Patti was the cashier that took our payment. She was very friendly and displayed a wonderful sense of humor. Overall our experience was superior and we are very glad to have chosen Crown Kia. If I could rate them higher than a "5" I certainly would. Thank you Crown Kia for the great experience and going the extra mile to make us happy customers. More

It started in 1996 when I fell in love with the Eclipse. I purchased the car new. What a thrill for me. I kept the car for ten years. During the ten years I took my car back to this dealership for everythin I purchased the car new. What a thrill for me. I kept the car for ten years. During the ten years I took my car back to this dealership for everything I wanted done. Every single oil change, filter, rotation, etc you name it. This is where I met Sherry Vieria in service. Of course I was amazed and joyed to find a woman in this position, and always on top of her game. Over the years she got to know me and I her and I was extremely pleased with the service I was receiving, it began to feel like family. I could not imagine taking my baby to an other place if she was sick....I am talking about my car. So in 2006 a decade later it was time for me to grow up and change my vehicle..hmmm SUV sounds good..love the Endeavor...Sherry Vieria is still in service. All is good. So, I met Vinny in sales and because of the service I received from Sherry and the Mitubishi team I decided I could not even look at another dealership. So, I purchased my brand spankin new SUV...again, they maintain everything for me, even down to the new shoes (tires) I just had them put on 2 days ago. Now, I feel safe. Thank you Sherry for the last 17 years you are the best!! Thank you also to everyone who makes up the Mitsubishi team they have never let me down....!! More

I have been dealing with Sherry since I got my Mitsubishi in 2006. I always ask for her. She remembers everyone's name and goes out of her way to help with any problems including a crazy work schedule. I in 2006. I always ask for her. She remembers everyone's name and goes out of her way to help with any problems including a crazy work schedule. I come for the required service and for any little thing that goes wrong. She is always right on top of everything which sometimes includes getting a rental and a loaner when work is not done when it was scheduled. Sherry reminds me of additional service items I might need before they are due so I can plan for the expense. Wish I also knew the name of the person that actually worked on my car because they always correct the problem. Never have to return because the problem was not corrected. More

2011 Kia Soul - Brake lights were not working and ESC light came on. Called the service department on a Saturday and spoke with Sherry. She knew exactly what the problem was, and we scheduled an appoin light came on. Called the service department on a Saturday and spoke with Sherry. The part / service was covered under warranty and I was in and out in less than an hour, including a wash. Sherry was friendly, knowledgeable, and, made the overall experience very manageable. More
