Hello, my name is Isshiah Crockett, but you can call me Shi. I was born and raised in Westerville Ohio, spent time in Florida and Boston, and finally came home to Ohio. I'm a dad to three awesome kids who keep my fiancée and I busy with coaching and "question answering". I have spent a lot of time in sales leadership over the years; I truly I enjoy it. Helping people find what they need AND want has always been the highlight of my day. As my family grew, I decided that it was best for me to find a company that has the same core values as my family - One Team - One Goal - One Plan. Joining the Klaben team has helped grow my life in many different ways, but most importantly, I can honestly say I look forward to coming to work every day and building relationships with each customer.

Shi Crockett made the car buying process extremely smooth and was extremely helpful on answering all of my questions/concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I appreciate all o and was extremely helpful on answering all of my questions/concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I appreciate all of his help! He is by far the best salesperson I’ve ever had to deal with , he was laid back and no pressure at all! Jennifer Ash was also extremely quick and informative during the financing process and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I appreciate both of their help during the car buying process and felt taken care of the entire time. I will definitely continue to come back to Klaben for all of my vehicle needs. More

I was looking for a certified pre-owned Jeep Wrangler for my wife. Klaben Jeep had the best price on Autotrader, so I reached out to them. They worked tirelessly with me to come to an agreement on pricing an my wife. Klaben Jeep had the best price on Autotrader, so I reached out to them. They worked tirelessly with me to come to an agreement on pricing and other concerns I had. When we picked it up, we ended up experiencing an issue with the radio after we headed away from the dealership. They had us come right back, gave us a loaner vehicle to get home with and then brought the vehicle back to us when the radio was fixed. Klaben Jeep is clearly committed to complete customer satisfaction and I intend to buy my next Jeep from them, even though it is a 3.5 hour drive. Well done! More

Klaben was a great place to purchase my vehicle! They made the process so easy and there was no stress at all! Normally when purchasing a vehicle you spend hours at the dealership, thankfully not at They made the process so easy and there was no stress at all! Normally when purchasing a vehicle you spend hours at the dealership, thankfully not at Klaben! Shi my sales person made sure I sent the paperwork beforehand and I was grateful! I traveled 2 hours to purchase the vehicle and was thankful the process was quick and smooth! The finance department was very thorough and explained details to me and my husband. If you are looking for a vehicle then go to Klaben. I love my Jeep and the 2 hour drive was worth it! More
