Hello, my name is Isshiah Crockett, but you can call me Shi. I was born and raised in Westerville Ohio, spent time in Florida and Boston, and finally came home to Ohio. I'm a dad to three awesome kids who keep my fiancée and I busy with coaching and "question answering". I have spent a lot of time in sales leadership over the years; I truly I enjoy it. Helping people find what they need AND want has always been the highlight of my day. As my family grew, I decided that it was best for me to find a company that has the same core values as my family - One Team - One Goal - One Plan. Joining the Klaben team has helped grow my life in many different ways, but most importantly, I can honestly say I look forward to coming to work every day and building relationships with each customer.

Not only is he honest and straightforward, but he’s also dedicated to fulfilling his customers’ desires. When I expressed interest in a specific truck, he went above and beyond to make it a reality, without any pushy sales tactics or attempts to sway my decision. Despite having mediocre credit, I felt anxious about potential judgment or receiving subpar service. However, from the moment I arrived, the entire staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and care. Tim Beane was instrumental in navigating the approval process, while Brian in finance meticulously explained all the paperwork. Jeremiah’s attention to detail in cleaning my truck to showroom quality was the icing on the cake. Throughout the entire experience, I felt valued and respected, never once judged or demeaned. Thanks to Shi and the exceptional team at Klaben, I not only drove away in the exact truck I wanted but also secured a 100,000-mile warranty.
