I had done my research and when it was time to go to the dealership Linda introduced me to Shields who took me on a great test drive so I could really get a feel for the vehicle. They were straightforward with responses to my requests via email. There were no high pressure tactics used. I asked for an out the door price via email and was given a fair value even better than the internet price; I didn't have to haggle to get a great deal, it was offered to me. I was offered, but not pressured to purchase, additional coverage (warranty, gap insurance, key replacement, etc.) which were explained well by Robby in finance. I would recommend everyone in the market for car (new or used) to go see Linda, Shields, and Robby over at the dealership. My son is going to love the Camry! More

Our salesman, Shields, was awesome. I was expecting to be financed through my credit union, who we were preapproved with and were told they work with, but the finance dept never answered the multiple emails financed through my credit union, who we were preapproved with and were told they work with, but the finance dept never answered the multiple emails or phone call from my loan officer. We found this out the day we came in to sign the papers. We signed and started the refinance process the very next day cutting our interest rate in half. More
