Have to follow up behind them, sometimes they for get to do checks when getting my oil changed. They don’t want to hassle with the very warranty I bought off them because it takes work. Some of them in service department are very nice but nice doesn’t get the job done. April is gonna have to start buckling down on this dealership again because they are gonna cost her business if they don’t quit jerking customers around. More

These sales people at Eagle Buick GMC are just Great! Steve Ernstes and Bob, Nick are wonderful to work with and understand your needs and concerns with a vehicle. They don't know that 30yrs ago I bo Steve Ernstes and Bob, Nick are wonderful to work with and understand your needs and concerns with a vehicle. They don't know that 30yrs ago I bought an Eagle Talon from them and blew my hair back. They are very helpful with options and financing as well as, delivery. Nick was great with my transfer on my trade-in and Steve handled the whole deal remotely with ease. I would recommend them anytime and just call them for a great deal! It was the most fun I've had purchasing from a dealership in a long time. You know how stressful it sometimes can be. Just go there, and don't think about it anymore.
