Broke down in the mountains on the second day I had it. I lost the ability to accelerate going up a steep incline with trucks behind me. Had to be towed. Was told it was fixed. It happened again and I nearly got rear ended. Brought it in again and they said they didn’t know what it was. Asked them to trade in for what I originally paid only 4 months prior. They offered a $4,000 loss on the trade in while also asking me to trust them enough to purchase another car in the hopes they would stand behind the safety of their car. Was told that because of depreciation, in the 4 months I’ve had it, was the best offer they were willing to do. It’s been the most stressful car situation I’ve dealt with. I have not had any personal contact with management. Now needing to pursue legal avenues and filing complaint with department of revenue. Unfortunately, I do not recommend them.
