Their bro culture of the sales management is misogynistic at the minimum and offensive. They treat women buyers like they are either eye candy (I overheard multiple sales staff making derogatory remarks abou at the minimum and offensive. The sales manager spent more time talking xxxx with the boys he worked with than taking my potential purchase seriously. I ended up walking out and making a purchase from Emich VW where I was treated with respect and taken seriously from the first moment I walked inb. More

I leased a 2024 iD4 xxxxxxMarch 1,2025. August 3 2025, My SOS button stops working and I can no longer connect to the VW app. the dynamic roadside assistance warning constantly dings and my August 3 2025, My SOS button stops working and I can no longer connect to the VW app. the dynamic roadside assistance warning constantly dings and my maps do not work at all. I have brought my car into Larry H Miller VW 3x and they tell me there is nothing they can do… called VW.. they say it’s a mechanical issue that a mechanic needs to deal with. I can’t figure out a fix on my own after watching you tube videos. Alex Young and Dillon Penner from Larry H miller VW in Lakewood,CO have been giving me the run around. They either say they have never heard of this issue ( Dillon Penner ) or, its a “Verizon” Issue(Alex Young- general Manager). Volkswagen help desk say they can’t help me either because they can’t see my car from the satellite… Do NOT buy a VW iD4!!! More

My salesman, Tyler Deven, did an expert job of honing in on my preferences, and what vehicle was the best fit taking patients to answer my questions while also streamlining the decision-making process. I honestly enjoyed the experience and found everyone at the dealership, a pleasure to work with including the managers and financial officer. This was my first time leasing, and so I learned in the process and would have done a little more negotiation of cost, but in the end, the crew still put together a deal that I’m happy with. I highly recommend you check them out when shopping for your next new or used vehicle to purchase or lease! More
