Great experience buying a used vehicle here. Shyann was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process very quick and efficient, we were able to agree on a price and they even finished the Shyann was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process very quick and efficient, we were able to agree on a price and they even finished the CPO certification earlier than planned so that I could come in and test drive the car. On the day of delivery, I was in and out in less than 2 hours which is a testament to how efficiently this dealership works. No unnecessary add on fees, what you see is what you pay (tax, title, registration extra ofc). Highly recommend this dealership. More

Dealers are dealers, it's the people that make the difference. I can be a lot to handle and was looking for a very specific trim and options package and one popped at Bill Jacobs.
