They are super pushy to get the deal done knowing they are selling you a car with a lot of problems :( please everyone stay away. The Ford dealership we took the car we bought to said this is not the first time they have seen this from Westgate. They have a horrible reputation in the area for doing this to many people. More

I called about a new 2022 grand cherokee summit and tried to ask qiestions about it and the lady hung up on me. Very poor customer service. No way I'd buy from them if the small things as respect does not to ask qiestions about it and the lady hung up on me. Very poor customer service. Poor follow up and sketchy sales tricks. I can't blame the sales person as she actually tried. The finance group was the worst as they try to conveniently leave out discounts and double talk on the warra the sales person as she actually tried. I had to go in at least 2 times to get warranty information after they said it would be mailed to me. Funny how other Jeep dealerships actually give you all of the paperwork from day one. Save yourselves the headache and just go somewhere else. More
