WORST DEALER EVER ! ! They literally put us through helllll. Over a period of two days, we spent nearly 7 hours at Nissan of Bayshore, finally walking out without a car. ! They literally put us through helllll. Over a period of two days, we spent nearly 7 hours at Nissan of Bayshore, finally walking out without a car. The salesman, Yaz I have no problem with but the general manager, Simon Israelian ws extremely unprofessional !! They gave us a price for a 2023 Rogue that we agreed on immediately. But for some reason, they kept on stalling, sitting us at a table for hours at a time. Finally, it got so late we agreed to come back the next day. But the next day … same as the first !! They sat us down for over an hour, walked us outside to go over everything on the car. Walked us back inside, sitting us down again for over an hour. All this time I’m asking to see some paperwork. We finally were called into a dark office to talk with the general manager Simon. He went on a 30 minute rant about his bad back and some issues he was having with his eyes, and that was the reason why we could not put the lights on in the room!! Finally we asked if we could proceed, in which he pulled every excuse in the book, why he had to increase the agreed price by over $2,000. He increased the percentage rate on the loan to 7.9%, even though Nissan offers 3.69. He knocked my nephews 4 year Nursing graduate Transcripts, trying to get out of the $500 graduate bonus offered by Nissan. After an hour we had enough, stood up and walked out. He followed us and berated us in the most unprofessional way I have ever seen!! Finally we demanded our deposit back and left, hearing him still screaming at us!! I am in contact with Nissan corporate where I filed a formal complaint against Mr. Simon Israelian and the dealership!! We are still waiting for the deposit to be refunded back to our credit card. Extremely unprofessional and quite disturbing. We went to Amity Nissan, where we got our price and left with a car in less than 2 hours !! Thank god for them !! More

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is hard to believe but they wouldn’t tell us the PRICE of the cars we were looking at. They made us wait around, then the manager came over. If they had a negative star rating I would have picked that. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. My car was delivered with a broken windshield. I was told to bring it back a day later and they still couldn’t replace it because it was out of stock. Made the mistake of trusting them but wouldn’t by a bicycle from them in the future. Ride the bus before you buy a car from this dealership. More

Bayshore Nissan is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Sales department terrible. Service department terrible. Justin over at 112 Nissan was far more helpful than all Bayshore put together. Wi dealt with. Sales department terrible. Service department terrible. Justin over at 112 Nissan was far more helpful than all Bayshore put together. Will gladly travel the extra mile back to 112. If you have any problem at Bayshore file a complaint with DMV like I did. They will investigate. Hopefully if enough people file complaints they will loose their license to retail and that's that. As a side note... Car we purchased is pretty decent. Thank God. More

DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP- “0” stars -Hubby and I went in on DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP- “0” stars - Hubby and I went in on 11/14/21 and spoke with salesman Z and his boss Simon. We were looking to lease a Nissan Rog DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP- “0” stars - Hubby and I went in on 11/14/21 and spoke with salesman Z and his boss Simon. We were looking to lease a Nissan Rogue Sport AWD as my 10+ year old car that i own outright needed to be replaced. We did not buy a car that night but Simon offered us a deal we couldn’t pass up. My husband contacted Z on Tuesday 11/16/21and agreed on a $3000 down payment and a specific monthly payment and i went in on Wednesday 11/17/21 to pick up my car. Mind u Z increased the monthly lease payment by $10 in a 24 hour span stating “ you are not going to lose out on a deal for $10?”After waiting for a bit, A manager came out and said “ this is too low of a deal. You need to put more money down.” I repeated that I would only pay the amount agreed upon on 11/16/21 as a down payment and monthly payment. Z came back a short time later and had me sign paperwork agreeing to price from 11/16/21. I signed paperwork to start the process because I only had to pay $10 more than the monthly payment that was agreed upon on 11/16/21. The down payment remained at $3000. No big deal. I was able to transfer all the items from my old car to the new one and the plates/registration were also transferred. The car insurance company was called and the new car was insured. I finally got to meet with the accountant to sign and drive away after aitting there for nearly 3 hours. I was told by the accountant that i now had to put $6000 down($3000 down payment and $3000 in fees). I declined. The same manager who spoke with me earlier in the AM said “ we can work with this number “ and decreased it to approx $5000 down($3000 agreed to plus approx. $2000 for fees). I declined to pay this amount as paying greater than the amount agreed to ($3000 down) was never discussed until the car leasing process was almost finalized. I was told to wait for Simon which i did. I did not care to say anything to Simon except to put the plates back on my old car and cancel everything because i felt like i was deceived and baited and switched. NYS Attorney General James will be getting an email about my experience and the deceptive sale’s practices of this dealership. I went to another car company’s dealership and from the moment I sat down I was treated respectfully and honestly without deception. To make matters worse, i was talking with my neighbor about my experience and she said she had the same experience with Nissan of Bay Shore that i did-the agreed upon money down increased drastically once she went to finalize her car deal. Needless to say she and i both walked out without a Nissan. I hope that others can save their time and money by learning from my experience and go to a more honest and upfront car company . More

Very tricky and very slow, liars, 20k car try to sell you for 30k with adding all games of this insurance and that plan , then eventually after 6hours of going back and forth came out with different manager for 30k with adding all games of this insurance and that plan , then eventually after 6hours of going back and forth came out with different manager who played games and tricks, then comes to financing games and tricks, then played another game and took all the mats and bumper guards and spare tire from the car. Simon is the manager Liar and cheater. More
