DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP- “0” stars -Hubby and I went in on DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP- “0” stars - Hubby and I went in on 11/14/21 and spoke with salesman Z and his boss Simon. We were looking to lease a Nissan Rog DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP- “0” stars - Hubby and I went in on 11/14/21 and spoke with salesman Z and his boss Simon. We were looking to lease a Nissan Rogue Sport AWD as my 10+ year old car that i own outright needed to be replaced. We did not buy a car that night but Simon offered us a deal we couldn’t pass up. My husband contacted Z on Tuesday 11/16/21and agreed on a $3000 down payment and a specific monthly payment and i went in on Wednesday 11/17/21 to pick up my car. Mind u Z increased the monthly lease payment by $10 in a 24 hour span stating “ you are not going to lose out on a deal for $10?”After waiting for a bit, A manager came out and said “ this is too low of a deal. You need to put more money down.” I repeated that I would only pay the amount agreed upon on 11/16/21 as a down payment and monthly payment. Z came back a short time later and had me sign paperwork agreeing to price from 11/16/21. I signed paperwork to start the process because I only had to pay $10 more than the monthly payment that was agreed upon on 11/16/21. The down payment remained at $3000. No big deal. I was able to transfer all the items from my old car to the new one and the plates/registration were also transferred. The car insurance company was called and the new car was insured. I finally got to meet with the accountant to sign and drive away after aitting there for nearly 3 hours. I was told by the accountant that i now had to put $6000 down($3000 down payment and $3000 in fees). I declined. The same manager who spoke with me earlier in the AM said “ we can work with this number “ and decreased it to approx $5000 down($3000 agreed to plus approx. $2000 for fees). I declined to pay this amount as paying greater than the amount agreed to ($3000 down) was never discussed until the car leasing process was almost finalized. I was told to wait for Simon which i did. I did not care to say anything to Simon except to put the plates back on my old car and cancel everything because i felt like i was deceived and baited and switched. NYS Attorney General James will be getting an email about my experience and the deceptive sale’s practices of this dealership. I went to another car company’s dealership and from the moment I sat down I was treated respectfully and honestly without deception. To make matters worse, i was talking with my neighbor about my experience and she said she had the same experience with Nissan of Bay Shore that i did-the agreed upon money down increased drastically once she went to finalize her car deal. Needless to say she and i both walked out without a Nissan. I hope that others can save their time and money by learning from my experience and go to a more honest and upfront car company . More

Very tricky and very slow, liars, 20k car try to sell you for 30k with adding all games of this insurance and that plan , then eventually after 6hours of going back and forth came out with different manager for 30k with adding all games of this insurance and that plan , then eventually after 6hours of going back and forth came out with different manager who played games and tricks, then comes to financing games and tricks, then played another game and took all the mats and bumper guards and spare tire from the car. Simon is the manager Liar and cheater. More

I am in fact another customer that wishes I can rate 0 starts. This is my experience with their disaster of a service department. For starters, Prepare to spend HOURS here; whether it’s an oil change, ins starts. This is my experience with their disaster of a service department. For starters, Prepare to spend HOURS here; whether it’s an oil change, inspection, etc. What’s the point of having an appointment if you have to spend hours here for something that should take 30 minutes. You’re told “any minute now” for hours. (I once spent 3 hours here for a scheduled oil change- yea you read that correctly) On another occasion, I made an apt for a service & inspection. They did the inspection before servicing my car- obviously resulting in a failed inspection and they tried to make me pay for it twice! Wouldn’t any good/respectable mechanic service your vehicle before the inspection? Not here. I lease a 2019 and came here for an oil change and they tried suckering me into paying for new tires, brakes, and filters (I’ve had the car for a little over a year really!?) Also came here with my tires aligned perfectly and left with them off and they tried to charge me for the alignment adjustment that they caused by rotating my tires! (I did see tons of reviews saying they scam you into paying for unnecessary services/ hidden fees). If they ask, say NO to their $180 alignment that they don’t tell you the price of until after it’s completed. Note- they charge you $500 if you don’t lease with them again (in the fine print). If you’re bored and enjoy spending the entirety of your day in a dealership, this place is for you! Also heard the service manager Joe call multiple female employees a b**** which was very unprofessional and distasteful to say in front on customers especially for a manager. Worst experience with a service/ dealer I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs. More

STAY AWAY! Dishonest, incompetent, atrocious, horrendous.. Stopped at Bayshore Nissan to inquire about a new lease. Daniel Dunkan and his sidekick Shane not only lied to us for 3 hours about horrendous.. Stopped at Bayshore Nissan to inquire about a new lease. Daniel Dunkan and his sidekick Shane not only lied to us for 3 hours about our ‘deal’, but ran first payment, switched insurance, transferred plates, and THEN had us sit with the finance manager and the ‘Deal’ was completely different. After stating over and over again ‘No money out of pocket, nothing down, not even tax’ they wanted $4100 out of pocket! The sales management Simon Israleian took no accountability for the lying and waste of our time. DO NOT shop there! More

I bought a lease in 2019 I got screwed big time. Free oil changes and tire rotation thats a lie. Pushy sales people. I Bought my Altima in June 2019. I was also told free oil changes and tire rotation for life of my lease. I was even given a certificate with my Name, Vin # and Managers Signature on it. When I scheduled my changes and tire rotation for life of my lease. I was even given a certificate with my Name, Vin # and Managers Signature on it. When I scheduled my appointment last week, I was told that Nissan corporate does not honor this anymore. I told them I should be in the system and I have a certificate and if Nissan doesn’t do it for free I should be grandfathered in as that was part of my negotiation for leasing the car.in 2019. So next step I called the Service Manager. When the Service Manager Joe finally answered the phone, he said I could give you the oil change for the lease of the car for $24.99 but if I do have the certificate he would honor it. Well when I bought the car in and presented it to Joe he back tracked and said he could only do this oil change for free this time only. Then I went to speak to the Manager (if you could call him a manager smug and arrogant) Simon who also does not return calls. His excuse is he does not get the messages. In the real world his receptionist would be fired. Simon solution he will take me out of my lease that day and give me a new car with a maintenance agreement free of charge. Is that not ridiculous? We are talking about an oil change folks. I have leased many cars and have sent friends to Bayshore Nissan because at one time their service department was phenomenal. They will never see me or my friends again. Believe it or not the great Simon did not even know the Regional office phone number when I asked for it. For anyone that has or had this problem I suggest you call Nissan Consumer Affairs at 800-647-7261. I did and I will be getting free oil changes for the life of my lease. Well we all know how Nissan is going to respond to my review- We appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback. Horrible boarding criminal I m infuriated with this dealership, after 3.5 hours being there and forcing me to test ride cars , I was told by Simon F Israellian that they cannot I m infuriated with this dealership, after 3.5 hours being there and forcing me to test ride cars , I was told by Simon F Israellian that they cannot give me a price on the car I was looking at till I filled out a credit app which they needed to submit. So when I explained I am 60 years old, an owner of a hugely successful technology company and have bought hundreds of cars for my family and business as well as 3 Nissan's in 5 years I never heard of such a request? Seriously, I also informed him base the price on my credit credit score of 800, if that number changes, then I understand if the price quoted may change.I was ready to buy, and would have walked out with a new car. When I further explained that why would I have you run my credit, before you give me a price, he told me this is standard procedure for the Atlantic Dealerships. This dealership that is run by Simon f Israelian IMHO are crooks , better word, is dirt bags that want to suck you dry and take advantage of you. So the good news is, I went to smithtown nissan, got a price in 20 minutes, and walked out in 2 hours with a brand new Murano platinum truck. Shame on his dealership. I will say, the service department and the service advisers at Nissan Bayshore are awesome! They did tell me though, this is a scummy dealership as is all the Atlantic group!. Stay away from Atlantic, I rated this as 1 star, if I could give zero , I would have, but, as mentioned, their service department is great. So in short. I bought a a new Murano Platinum, awesome SUV.
