Vehicle was purchased online from out of state. The vehicle was accurately portrayed and fairly priced. That being said, the staff at Motorcars of Lansing are less than competent. They sent me poorly written financial documents that didn’t accurately reflect the purchase being made. When I suggested correcting the paperwork to more accurately reflect the agreement, I was met with a very condescending attitude from the owner’s sister. All in all, it took more than two months to purchase and register a vehicle because of their incompetence. Not Covid, or the DMV. More
