This was an amazing job by and awesome salesman! Rick went above and beyond answering my many questions. He overcame all issues that popped up on the vehicle. Delivered free for my son who was stuck Rick went above and beyond answering my many questions. He overcame all issues that popped up on the vehicle. Delivered free for my son who was stuck without a vehicle. Cannot think of anything within Rick's control that could have gone better. He gave us a good price on a nice car! Wish it had 2 keys but again that was not on Rick. Dealership is nice as well. Spoke with Simone on first call and she answered my questions and assured me from the start that they would take good care of us, and they did! Highly recommend this dealership and if ever in need again Rick will be my first call. More

Smoke and mirrors. Went to test drive only having to wait a half hour more. Car was covered in paint specs, and dirty. Car drove fine but when it was delivered 2 hrs late, it was still dirty, no gas and still had paint specs all over. Received weather tech mats weeks later that were in the car during the test drive. Then received the second key fob another week later. This is the short version of the crap we had to wait for on a paid car. Will never recommend or come near this dealership again. Oh, did I mention I called the owner? He never returned my call further reminding me what a xxxx show we dealt with there. More

I was sold a used Subaru WRX STI and the engine started to fail after two weeks of driving it. After it was in their shop for 32 days and they still hasn't touched it. I had to call the owner to even to fail after two weeks of driving it. After it was in their shop for 32 days and they still hasn't touched it. I had to call the owner to even get someone to acknowledge the car. After a week of it in the shop, it was "fixed" and drove it home to have it fail halfway home. They took it back again to work on it only to tell me that everything looks good. Drove it home and failed again. Salesman Tommy never returned my calls, and never fulfilled any promises made. The owner, John was just as elusive and negligent Brandon, the service head was the man. That's the one person in this place that does their job. They take weeks to respond, they do NOT return phone calls. And they're only helpful when there's something in it for them. They do not value their customers. Stay as far away from this place as you can. More
