First off i was told a set price on a vehicle and they added a bunch of warranties and stuff without even asking me first and then later i find out on the paperwork they charged me way more than was promi added a bunch of warranties and stuff without even asking me first and then later i find out on the paperwork they charged me way more than was promised for the vehicle before i even went up to look at it they tacked another 1100 extra onto the price they told me which is not right. Then i buy the car and take it to a shop near my area because theres a noise coming from the rear and they said its so rusted they wont even lift it up! So now im stuck with a rusted out car. Dont think ill be goi g back for anything. More

the first person we dealt with when we got there was super helpful but we got handed off to a guy that didn’t seem to give a rats behind. I left with a wiper not working, no oil in it after he said he h super helpful but we got handed off to a guy that didn’t seem to give a rats behind. He quit a couple days after I got my vehicle but still horrible customer service I would have rather dealt with the lady when we got there than him. Only reason I’m giving a bad review. I understand being able to take calls and what not but don’t ever act like the person you are selling the car to is not sitting there. It’s rude.
