Had a 1pm appointment for an oil change and tire balance/rotation. I stated I was waiting for my vehicle, as I have had these done before, and did not expect the service to take more than 1hr 30min- balance/rotation. I stated I was waiting for my vehicle, as I have had these done before, and did not expect the service to take more than 1hr 30min- tops. after more than 1 hr 30 min, i checked status of my vehicle and was told- this type of service takes a while, and should be completed in about 20 minutes or so- this was before 3pm. At approximately 3:40pm, i noticed my sitting in "completed" bay- I received a text about 3:50pm, and no one came to get me in waiting room until 3:55pm. I paid for vehicle at that time, and drove away from dealership at 4pm. I'm sorry, but an oil change and tire balance/rotation should not take 3 hrs. More

well i went there because i had a rattling noise coming from the front driver side they said it was because there were 2 clamps missing so they said they would replace them what ever they did made the issu from the front driver side they said it was because there were 2 clamps missing so they said they would replace them what ever they did made the issue worse no there is a clanking sound when you turn the wheel not everytime but i would say maybe a 1/3 of the time it seems like everytime i go there for service something else happens it is coming to the point that i don't even want to take the car there anymore More
