FANTASTIC experience at Flagship! I just purchased a pre-owned B-Class electric Mercedes at Flagship and had a FANTASTIC experience. My hairdresser has leased multiple cars from Flagship over the years and told me if I was looking for a Mercedes I HAD TO go there and HAD TO ask for Julia (Julialisa Papagno). She said Julia "gets it done" and makes the process quick and painless. She was so right. When I received an alert that the car I wanted was available at Flagship, I called Julia in the morning and made an appointment to test drive that afternoon. The car was great and Julia was very knowledgeable about it. I decided on the spot to buy it. I dread the car buying negotiation process so I appreciate Herb Chambers' Smart Pricing (i.e., no-haggle). Based on my research, their price was fair and you can't beat the convenience. Julia pulled together the paperwork right away and the Finance manager processed everything quickly. When I said I'd have to wait until the weekend to pick it up so I could get a ride, Julia offerred to have someone from the dealership pick me up the next day instead. Really nice touch (Skip was super friendly on the ride). When I got back to the dealership, they had already dealt with my insurance agent, processed my registration, gotten my news plates and detailed the car. Julia greeted me with a dozen roses (!) and then the Product Concierge, Chris Kosivas, walked me through the functions of the car and sent me on my way. So, about 24 hours after walking into Flagship, I drove out in the exact car I wanted, at a fair price. It almost seemed too easy! Even though I bought one of their less expensive models, they treated me like a VIP. I would definitely recommend Flagship, and Julia specifically, to anyone. More

While we reside in New York, I go to school about an hour & a half away from the dealership and honestly, the car we've been waiting for was there so I said why not just go look. I was first in contact with Peggy who provided me all the information I needed and helped me schedule a time to come see the car. My time was never wasted and upon arriving, the staff at flagship treated me with the upmost respect, despite my young age. Being a Mercedes fanatic and having a good grasp on the buying process, I was pleased that there was no pressuring or BS when it came down to finalizing a deal. Peggy introduced me to Skip who handled the sales process. Skip catered our every request without hesitation and truly wanted to make our experience the best possible. He made sure the car was exactly what we wanted and even had a few on deck should we decide one wasn't for us. Darnell in the finance department was also wonderful to work with and made sure we were on the same page throughout the whole procedure. When I picked the car up, it was quick and easy and the car was even in its own display room with a red bow on it. Even though it may not be that close to us, we will definitely consider future business at Flagship because the experience was truly fantastic. More
