Skip is hands down one of my favorite people in service at Executive Volkswagen. Every time I bring my car in, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of—and he does it with patience at Executive Volkswagen. Every time I bring my car in, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of—and he does it with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Compared to other Volkswagen dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past, Executive Volkswagen’s service department is on a completely different level. They listen, they follow through, and they treat you like a person—not just another appointment on the calendar. It’s such a relief to bring my car somewhere I trust, and I really appreciate the consistency and quality of care they provide. If you're looking for a service department that actually values your time and your business, this is the place. Skip and the team at Executive Volkswagen have definitely earned my loyalty. More

I called on Friday with car trouble and they weren’t able to get me in until Tuesday, but then they were able to squeeze me in earlier on Monday. I’m glad I stopped by in person instead of calling because th to get me in until Tuesday, but then they were able to squeeze me in earlier on Monday.
