The repair itself was completed (new speaker in door) however when we got into the vehicle, the door immediately wouldn’t open again, so I had to return to the service desk. They fixed the issue right aw however when we got into the vehicle, the door immediately wouldn’t open again, so I had to return to the service desk. They fixed the issue right away, which I appreciated, but it was concerning that the vehicle was released before the repair/door was fully verified to be functionally. Since we drove over 40 minutes to this shop, it was frustrating to have to turn around, and it also raised a potential safety concern if the issue hadn’t been discovered before we left. Considering it was the passenger door, I may not have noticed immediately had I not had a passenger in the car with me. More

I’m glad that the Volkswagen dealer quickly found the problem. Also found that the problem was for my end on the Bluetooth and that I needed a motor mount replaced. I am disappointed in the Volkswagen co problem. Also found that the problem was for my end on the Bluetooth and that I needed a motor mount replaced.
