Have them go through all paperwork with you before signing, not as you go. They would not remove tracking device that they made me pay $400 for. Hind sigh is 20/20, I should have walked, then they would have removed it. Finance lady was a jerk and very unpleasant. I went in with a pre approval and they didn’t care about that at all. Wanted to set up financing themselves anyways. They get aggressively opinionated when you start asking too many questions while signing the 20 sum odd page contract. For making me wait at a cubical for over 2 hours, they sure rushed that contract signing. Will not be recommending working with Corwin Ford of Tri Cities to any of my friends or family. Should have got to Archibalds. More

Dealership was staffed with very capable very friendly people! The facilities was clean and professional looking. They made a trip that started off horrible (truck break down on highway out of town ) into people! The facilities was clean and professional looking. Staff helped us secure a hotel as it took more than one day to get us back on the road with a new tow vehicle and transportation to a from their facility.
