Had an appointment with Skylar in sales yesterday at 6:15. We arrived at 5:45 driving down in the rain from truckee when the front desk representative told me he went home for the day. We told him we were there to test drive a Ford bronco. We explained what our budget was and said that we wanted to pay cash and we did not want to have a car payment. After we told him our budget, he then went out to the lot to go get a car that he thought would suit our needs. We ended up test driving the car and falling in love with the car, but it seemed too good to be true. After two hours of not talking numbers on the vehicle, we finally spoke with the sales representative Maurice , who was typing in numbers for us based on our budget. Come to find out that Robert had let us to believe that the car we were test driving was good for us when it was $15,000 over our budget price. This was extremely insulting and we felt completely unheard. We walked in there as a family with my nine month old daughter and completely felt unheard and unseen. We didn’t even see the model car that we were inquiring about nor did we get to test drive the one that was actually in our budget. When we walked out, the sales manager approached us and said sorry he is new and he does not get commission. Our entire experience was a complete waste of time. The lack of communication and the delayed response really is unsettling. We have been Ford owners for a really long time and our disappointed with our experience with corwin ford. I do not recommend the dealership to anyone and I have had a better experience talking to other representatives at other Ford dealerships. They treat you as if you’re just a number at this location and not a valued customer . More

I DO NOT recommend what so ever! More

No pressure very polite and the deal went well n I was taken care of. Both Skyler n Jason were easy goin & helpful, A lot has changed in this industry since I last purchased a vehicle from a dealershi taken care of. Both Skyler n Jason were easy goin & helpful, A lot has changed in this industry since I last purchased a vehicle from a dealership but they did not act or do anything No forcible getting you into a vehicle you don't want or didn't care to see. You should consider giving either of these guys some of your time if you're even remotely looking for either I used or new vehicle, Recommended. More

Skyler is an exemplary young man! Well versed for his chosen field. I have rarely received the respectful service he convaid. As an older women with an older vehicle, most if not all Well versed for his chosen field. I have rarely received the respectful service he convaid. As an older women with an older vehicle, most if not all car sales staff ignores me. I pay cash for my new cars and like to buy new and hold on to them for decades. I realize this is not the norm and I very much appreciate Skylers ability to look past just what others see!!! I recommend him highly!!! More

This dealer was recommended via AutoTrader and really, really failed me in so many ways. First, I tried to chat with them online. Upon completion of the chat, I was told that Sales would be contacting me really failed me in so many ways. First, I tried to chat with them online. Upon completion of the chat, I was told that Sales would be contacting me later. One week later, I hadn't heard a thing from the dealership. Later, I contacted them through their online form and received a note from one of their online salespeople, Skyler, that I could order a Maverick online. I proceeded to do so, ordering a Maverick in their inventory, even getting an order confirmation and a note that once again, Sales would follow up with me. Three days later, after hearing nothing from Sales, I reached out to the dealership and was told that the truck was sold, which apparently wasn't going to ever be conveyed to me. I then tried to work with Skyler on ordering a truck, but was ignored shortly thereafter. Later, after alerting AutoTrader of this dealership's incompetence, I received am inquiry from Corwin who tried to sell me a truck priced more than $14,000 than the one I had "successfully" ordered previously. And now I've gotten messages from Cameron Firth insinuating that I'm lying despite the fact that I have messages verifying my timeline and verifying what I've stated. So also be prepared for slanderous insults and arguments if you deal with their online staff. Terrible, terrible business practice and everyone should stay far away from Corwin Ford Reno at all costs. More
