So something that should be looked into. More

Friendly and knowledgeable staff Steve and Sol in the service department have been doing a great job at John Paul's over many years. They are professional and courteous, and can ofte Steve and Sol in the service department have been doing a great job at John Paul's over many years. They are professional and courteous, and can often quickly figure out a likely cause for your car problems. I also love that you can get a shuttle ride when you drop off your car. It is often difficult to arrange for a ride when you need to drop off a vehicle and the shuttle service is an easy and convenient solution. Also, the shuttle drivers for John Paul's are great guys. More

Another good service As always John Paul’s service department took care of our vehicle. The vehicle had an airbag problem which another garage would not touch and said we As always John Paul’s service department took care of our vehicle. The vehicle had an airbag problem which another garage would not touch and said we had to take to the dealer. We were taken very good care of and the vehicle was serviced quickly as we told them we would wait. I do a lot of the work on the vehicle myself but wouldn’t touch this and was glad we were treated like family. More
