We decided to go look at Mohawk Honda this time around due to the brand’s known reliability and good word of mouth about this particular dealership. Mike Bennice was fantastic. Helpful and not pushy like virtually every other sales person we’ve ever dealt with. If I had concerns he listened and got me the information I needed. Sondra was able to get us a much better rate than we had anticipated. Caleb was super helpful in setting us up and making sure we understood all the features in the new car. The staff we dealt with were superstars and the car is immaculate. Thank you so much Mohawk Honda!!!! More

If something is wrong they’ll fix it! Great customer service from our salesmen and the delivery team. If I had to say one negative it would be the the detailing of the cars interior is not Great customer service from our salesmen and the delivery team. Over all our salesmen was very personable and not the pushy type of car salesmen you can sometimes expect. We purchased a Honda CR V. Sondra was very knowledgeable explaining the service agreement and settling the financials. Jake Doyle and Gabe were great reviewing the technology in the car. I greatly appreciate that Jake gave me his card and called me after I drove my CR V for several days to ask if I had any questions. Michaell has emailed me and just called my home to answer a few questions I had. Everyone is very helpful, quick to respond and answer questions.
