We decided to go look at Mohawk Honda this time around due to the brand’s known reliability and good word of mouth about this particular dealership. Mike Bennice was fantastic. Helpful and not pushy like virtually every other sales person we’ve ever dealt with. If I had concerns he listened and got me the information I needed. Sondra was able to get us a much better rate than we had anticipated. Caleb was super helpful in setting us up and making sure we understood all the features in the new car. If something is wrong they’ll fix it! Great customer service from our salesmen and the delivery team. If I had to say one negative it would be the the detailing of the cars interior is not Great customer service from our salesmen and the delivery team. Over all our salesmen was very personable and not the pushy type of car salesmen you can sometimes expect.
