I originally came into the dealership to get my car I was driving repaired. But after learning how much it was going to cost to repair the car we found out in the long run it would be better just to trade i driving repaired. But after learning how much it was going to cost to repair the car we found out in the long run it would be better just to trade it in and look at getting a newer car. First off I would like to say how patient Sonny was with us during this whole process. While we were waiting on the estimate on the repair, we looked at a couple cars while were waiting , but we decided to go with a new car because I drive a lot to get to work, and wanted something that would last and be reliable and not have to worry about how the car was taken care of before we got it. We decided on the Ford Focus because of the MPG and the warranty they offered with the new car. And I really love the car. It gets great gas mileage and handles great. I love the Sync that is part of the package of the car, and it is so much more responsive and much improved since I bought my Fusion with the Sync in almost 5 years ago. Greg Curran was and still is a great resource in helping with the all the Sync features and helping me get my phone paired with the car. These two gentleman are absolutely great to work with and I look forward to keeping up a working relationship with them in the future. And it was great to see that everyone up there worked as a team together. I hope they are still there when I go to be another car in the future. More

I have bought several new cars in my life and truly have to say this was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. The sales staff starting with Rick and Sammy who showed the car to Sonny who worke to say this was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. I got the car for almost exactly what I wanted and I was really pushing the envelope . Do not know when I will need a new car again but will most assuredly go back here . It was important for me to buy a ford in the wake of the bailout money that other car makers took and never paid it all back . Oh , by the way , The Focus ST is a serious kick in the butt to drive . After playing the game with a Knoxville dealer I decided to try Lenoir City Ford and I am happy I did. I worked with Sonny on finding the right vehicle for my needs. Sonny was patient and willing to spend as much time as I wanted driving different models. Their selection was very good and I felt like I could find anything I wanted right on their lot. We drove SUVs and cars before going back to the first one I drove. I had an older BMW to trade in that I knew the value of because of my prior research. I was plesently supprised when they offered me a fair value and worked on the price of the Ford Edge I was purchasing. I have never bought a car as quickly as I did this one. What did I learn? Do your homework know the fair market value of your trade and what you are buying but most importantly get a dealer that wants to sell cars not play games with customers. Lenoir City is that kind of dealership. The second part of the story is the Finance Manager Frank Cardwell. Frank is a proffesional, and spends time explaining the options, and educating his clients. The rate I received made me laugh. It was well below the current market and I had zero reason to call my bank and try to do better. Thanks Frank, it was a joy working with you. More

Sonny help us decide which model of Fiesta would best meet our needs. He found the car we wanted at another dealer in another state.. There Tech person gave a very useful course on the Sync system. I'm am familiar with the service dept. They have done all the service on our 2008 Fusion that was brought from a different dealer that closed 2 weeks after we purchased the car in the summer of 2008. More

I researched all the Ford Dealerships within 100 miles of my area and Lenoir City Ford was the only one to have exactly what I wanted, plus had 4 to chose from. The Ford Associates that we worked with, expedited our deal quickly and efficiently. Mike and Sonny were our main salespersons - and were extremely friendly, helpful and gave personable service. Frank sold us our extended warranty without pressure - allowing us to choice the option we felt most comfortable with. Josh instructed us on the use of our new "Smart" truck and assisted us with Syncmyride - This Dealership also offers classes for those that aren't computer-savy. I felt very comfortable with their processes and will definitely use Lenoir City Ford for my next purchase and Service needs. My wife was so impressed that she baked 3 trays of cookies to give to our Salespersons - on the day we picked up our new truck. More

We were shown all of the information on the cars history, test drove it, and then discussed our trade-in. We traded and made the complete deal and our car was not even at the site. We were given a fair price for our car and there was no need for any haggleing. The price of there car was priced well below their compition for the same model car in Knoxville. We had a great experence and will visit this dealership again in the future. More
