YOU NEED TO DO BUSINESS WITH LENOIR CITY FORD! I'll keep this is short and simple as possible, but there is a lot to say here about Breck Davis and Sonny Wolfenbarger at Lenoir City Ford. It's all I'll keep this is short and simple as possible, but there is a lot to say here about Breck Davis and Sonny Wolfenbarger at Lenoir City Ford. It's all good. It's actually great. I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for 3 months. If I would have found these gentlemen earlier, the search would not have taken as long. I had talked with a half dozen dealers about a Jeep (used and new), and the follow up just wasn't what I needed. A friend of mine called me a few weeks ago and said, "I think I found a Jeep that might fit your criteria." So, we both took a drive up to Lenoir City Ford after work one day. Sonny allowed us to test drive the Jeep. It was what I wanted. But price had to fit inside my "box". I was an educated buyer, researching on TrueCar.com, Autotrader.com, and I even had a friend run some information on Manheim. Breck came in after the test drive and to make a short story short, we cut a deal that I was happy with. I signed the paperwork; I was a cash buyer. We were done. We all had smiles on our faces. It is evident that the culture embedded at Lenoir City Ford is one that puts the customer first. It's a culture that serves the customer. It's a culture that listens, that follows up. Lenoir City Ford, thanks to Sonny and Breck, get's it. I highly recommend Lenoir City Ford as a dealership that will go above and beyond serving you. Sonny made my experience non stressful. I needed a used truck with certain stipulations. He worked very hard to find what I wanted and did not waste my time showing me trucks that were out of the guideline truck with certain stipulations. We were greeted right away and introduced to Sonny. He then proceeded to show us the 2 cars in the size we thought we were interested in (Focus and Feista) and then the next size up Fusion (which was the then proceeded to show us the 2 cars in the size we thought we were interested in (Focus and Feista) and then the next size up Fusion (which was the best fit for our family).
