We have need customers for over 20 years! There is a reason why we keep going back to BMW of North Cincinnati! Jeff was really knowledgeable and helped me make my decision. However, there was a glitch in the car on the test drive that required me to bring the car in 2 different times in a 1 week period, and whe decision. However, there was a glitch in the car on the test drive that required me to bring the car in 2 different times in a 1 week period, and when I mentioned it to him, he politely suggested it was nothing. It was quite frustrating. He was very amenable to my negotiations and we made a good deal. Also, on the plus side, Sophie has been a fantastic service advisor and very receptive to my needs. I really am thankful for her hard work in resolving this mechanical issue More

Dealership of Excellence ! The entire team at BMW Cincinnati North are, simply put, an outstanding group. My wife and I were well accepted and received courteous, friendly and The entire team at BMW Cincinnati North are, simply put, an outstanding group. My wife and I were well accepted and received courteous, friendly and excellent service from all that had contact. No waiver in attacking any situation and no problem unresolved. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the special attention we received with each visit by Qasim, Aatir, Brian, Sophie, Jonathan, Shaun, Donnie, Ryan and Chris. Such a wonderful and dedicated group of BMW experts. We are moving to another location and hope the BMW dealership there is able to live up to the high standard provided by the good people of BMW of Cincinnati North. Unsolicited Call I own a 2017 X5 50 CPO which I purchased last October from a dealer in the Chicago area. I received a call this afternoon because this dealer's servic I own a 2017 X5 50 CPO which I purchased last October from a dealer in the Chicago area. I received a call this afternoon because this dealer's service department had gotten notice that I am within 1,000 miles of being due for my next service (oil change, etc). Understand that I have never had any interaction with this dealership in terms of buying a vehicle or having service work done, The young lady who called me was very persistent that I set up a service time to have this maintenance work done. I live in Maineville and work in Norwood (less than two miles from The BMW Store) so why would I got 20 miles out of my way for service work? Thank goodness there are only two BMW dealers in town or I might get additional solicitations. Does this dealer think I am not smart enough to note the Service Due message that shows up every time time I start the car? More

Great Service and the folks there are very welcoming. My car was going to be there a couple days. They got me to work and picked me up when I was finished then gave me a loaner car to get home and back on My car was going to be there a couple days. Awesome service advisors, terrible detail job Dana and Sophie as well as all the service personnel are amazing!! My detail job on the M4 however was...terrible. Water spots on the bumpers, grill w Dana and Sophie as well as all the service personnel are amazing!! My detail job on the M4 however was...terrible. Water spots on the bumpers, grill was dirty and brake dust in the rims. This does not reflect poorly on your service personnel as I said they are great; however I would probably have a chat with the Detail Shop. More

Brake fluid/oil change I received a call telling me that BMW had received notification from my car that I needed a brake flush. I scheduled the appointment and spoke with t I received a call telling me that BMW had received notification from my car that I needed a brake flush. I scheduled the appointment and spoke with the service advisor upon arriving and was told that I didn’t need a brake flush but that I needed an oil change. Not sure why there was the confusion. I waited for the oil change which took approximately two hours. More

A rip off I had over $2000 of repairs done only to 8 months later have to get the almost identical repair done, only to be told they won’t cover any of the 8 mo I had over $2000 of repairs done only to 8 months later have to get the almost identical repair done, only to be told they won’t cover any of the 8 month old work with warranty. Oil filter housing assembly, oil cooler pipes, crank shaft, drive belt, pulleys, and pulley tensioner were all replced due to an oil leak that caused belt to snap. Fast forward to 8 months later the oil cooler leaked and caused the same issue all over again and I’m expected to shell out another $1600 for an issue that was overlooked or not addressed. They won’t even cover the parts that were replaced and atai under the 2 year warranty. I was a devout dealer customer because the work was always quality, but they’ve lost a 3 BMW owner customer for life. More
