Any communication regarding vehicle status or services needed is timely and clear. My vehicle is always super clean when I pick it up. I drive out of my way to bring my care to BMW of Cinci North and it is totally worth it. Highly recommended. More

Excellant Experience I called the service center around 1 PM on Wednesday explaining a metel on metal scraping noise. I got an appointment for Thursday, received a loaner I called the service center around 1 PM on Wednesday explaining a metel on metal scraping noise. I got an appointment for Thursday, received a loaner and my car was serviced and repaired by Friday afternoon. You guys are the best! More
