My name is Sophie Morris and I am the General Manager at Crown Acura. I have been happily employed here since August of 2006. I moved to Florida from England in 1992 with my parents and 5 siblings. My friends and family mean the world to me. I attended Cosmetology school and have my license. I am engaged and have 3 dogs. My favorite thing to do on my free time is go out on our boat.

Sophie had a selection of several waiting for me out front when I arrived.. After I chose the one I wanted, she took the time to make sure I was familiar with everything I needed to know it before I letting me drive away in it. It had been 9 yrs since purchasing my last vehicle and she made it painless. We had everything wrapped up within an hour. I know where our family will be shopping for vehicles in the future. You see, I live 88 miles away down in North Port FL and I was searching the internet and stumbled across your dealership website when I saw a car that looked good to me. It was a little Scion TC. I called and spoke to Sophie on the phone and she answered my questions. She even followed up and seemed to really care about my car searching and buying experience. I ended up buying a different vehicle from my area due to logistics and other reasons but the car Sophie was working with me on was 2nd on my list. Even though I ended up choosing the other vehicle, for my own reasons, I just wanted to let you know that Sophie was very helpful and available if I had any questions. Because of Sophie's good customer service and concern about my car shopping experience it gave me a favorable impression of your dealership even though I was working with her from long distance via email and phone. Smooth No Pressure Buying Experience at Acura I needed a new car after driving the same Mercedes for 14 years. I was put in touch with Sophie Morris at Crown Acura from one of Crown's other dealer I needed a new car after driving the same Mercedes for 14 years. I was put in touch with Sophie Morris at Crown Acura from one of Crown's other dealerships. We communicated via email and worked out all of the details of my new Acura ILX purchase so when I went into the dealership, I was out the door very quickly with my new car and that included the evaluation of my trade in. I highly recommend working with Sophie Morris as she was extremely knowledgeable and prompt in replying to my numerous questions including arranging financing. Thank you! More

I had been wanting an RDX for over a year and when the opportunity came up, I jumped on it My lease on my 2012 TSX was up and I needed a new vehicle. I had been wanting an RDX for over a year and when the opportunity came up, I jumped on it. Turned out the online deal I found was a misprint, but Sophie Morris got it done for me. In one day. Was only at the dealership for 2 hours and drove out with the SUV of my dreams! One of the best experiences in a car dealership in my lifetime!
