Below Par vs other Mercedes Dealerships Very disappointed with recent visit and not the first time. Last 3 visits have been disappointing vs my experience at other dealerships. Sossio did call me and apologize for my experience and extended himself to "make things right". While I truly appreciate this, I think the process, overall service experience could use a overhaul. Compared to other dealerships, I see several inefficiencies from bringing vehicle in to picking vehicle up. In the end, the diagnosis on vehicle was inaccurate (failed to pick up a message center marker light outage issue), wanted to charge to look into an issue that was originally serviced by this dealership (airmatic system - which wasn't corrected the first time by this dealership), and had to wait 30 minutes just to pick up my vehicle, during CoVid-19 I may add. While I am pleased with Sossio's follow-up and concern, and the fact that Dave Tangen was friendly, I rate the overall friendliness a low mark, as when I went to pick up my vehicle and question the service, the representative that I met with (Dave had left for the day) was very aggressive and confrontational. Unfortunately, it wasn't my first poor experience with this person (I failed to get his name as I was so upset I just wanted to leave at that point). I understand my feedback is not what some may want to read, but while the marks are low, I will give this dealership one last chance because of Sossio's follow-up and sincerity. I did want to be honest with my review regardless as the dealership should be rated as a team. More
