Benzel-Busch Motors takes care of their customers A hard and confusing problem with the inability of the passenger seat on our C-300 to move back and forth was well taken care of by the service area o A hard and confusing problem with the inability of the passenger seat on our C-300 to move back and forth was well taken care of by the service area of BB. My vehicle was towed there for a flat. I got a call that a check engine light was on and they couldn’t explain what it was. I get the vehicle and the rear sensor has been pushed in. They said it was like th a check engine light was on and they couldn’t explain what it was. I get the vehicle and the rear sensor has been pushed in. They said it was like that when they received it. Why couldn’t they address the issue there. Not happy with the way they handles my service. More
