The first vehicle we purchased was a 2013 Chevy Malibu LTZ John helped us with this sale. From the very beginning to the end he made us feel comfortable and welcome. He answered all the questions we had and if he did not know he found out for us. The dealer ship went to great lengths to earn our business. They gave us more for our trade in then anyone else would, we needed a spare key they did that, asked for gas tank to be filled up and they did that, asked for a owners manual and they got that, but the biggest thing was they thought there was a gps system with it and maybe just needed a chip and that they would take of that. It turned out it did not have the gps so Spencer said you really were wanting that I said yes if we could so the dealership went and bought us a plug in gps that was over the top. Up til now we have purchased our cars in Carson City or Reno but we are customers for life because of this experience. As a matter of fact we traded in the Malibu for Dodge Grand Caravan because it meets our needs better. Again for all the reasons listed previously we came back and this time worked with Joses and John. On both transactions we worked with Spencer, hands down the best finance person we have ever worked with. Would highly recommend this dealer ship and staff. More
