Horrible customer service, once the car is sold they don’t care. Very little knowledge when they are doing their jobs. The vehicle purchased was used and sold without warranty. I was charged a vehicle service fee and was told that it was for all of the services done to the vehicle. Strange how there was no windshield wiper f I was charged a vehicle service fee and was told that it was for all of the services done to the vehicle. Strange how there was no windshield wiper fluid in the Jeep and the tires had not been balanced nor rotated. So now I have to take it to a shop to find out what needs to be serviced. More
