In the Hotel field for 30 years the thing I learned is that the customer comes first! Then everything else falls in place! 2 years ago I left the Hospitality field not knowing what I would do the rest of my productive life! I took 4 months and engaged in all my hobbies and that included my classic car. I quickly decided that I would explore an opportunity where I can help people fill a need and I can always be around the automobile! After a short experience in selling BMW brand, I really wanted to sell a brand that I personally drive and live with and that was Honda! My family relied on Honda ever since I got out of college in 1984. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Roush Honda this year about 8 months ago! In the short time I work here I found that this Dealership is a match with my moral beliefs as to how a Dealership should conduct business with its employees but most important, with its customers. Come and experience the difference in buying a quality automobile.

Thanks to Spyros Tabone I had a wonderful car buying experience ! I met him 10 months ago as we began our search. He listened to what we wanted, and did not want and showed us the perfect car. He did a great job explaining everything about the CR-V in a friendly and informative manner. I told him if we decided to purchase a CR-V I would come back to him. Fast forward to last week, when I called him to to look at the car one more time. It was like meeting with an old friend 10 months later. Even when we talked about optional items that could be added to the car, he shared the benefits of each item based on our needs. Again he was very informative not pushy. We contacted several other dealerships, and by far Rouch Honda, their staff and prices were the best. If you are looking for a car, be sure to visit with Spyros before you make any decisions. Have been going here for service for many years, but just purchased my first car from Roush Honda. My salesperson, Spyros Tabone explained everything about my new purchase very clearly and easily. In fact, discounts were offered that were not at some other local Honda dealers. And went over a great checklist of the bells and whistles of the new car before I drove off the lot. Very helpful! Spyros Tabone led me through the process of turning in my CRV at the end of the lease and choosing and taking out a lease on an new automobile. Spyros was absolutely a joy to work with. My mother and I had visited two Honda Dealerships and felt extremely uncomfortable with both. We had told him exactly what we wanted and needed and he went above and beyond giving us all the information we needed. Right after leaving Roush we knew that we felt comfortable enough to do business with him. Since this was my very first new car, I felt nervous, but his professionalism and courteousness made the whole experience go smoothly.
