As my lease was coming to an end I was really dreading dealing with the whole car situation as cars have become such a challenging procurement since the pandemic chip shortage. I was pretty much preparing dealing with the whole car situation as cars have become such a challenging procurement since the pandemic chip shortage. I was pretty much preparing my self to get screwed. Having shopped around at a few other places I was finding that many dealers were charging well over the sticker price for new leases. So when I reached out to Smythe I was prepared for the same absurdity. I spoke to Stacey about my lease end and what I was looking for. There were no cars in stock but worked very hard to locate one for me, which we order a few months in advance of my lease expiration. Stacey was so diligent and helpful. Every conversation we had was friendly and informative. He kept on track of the process and made sure everything went according to plan. I felt he was honest and genuine and wanted very much to get me the most reasonable deal available. When the car finally arrived he delivered it to us promptly and with ease. The financing dept was quick and painless. We are paying more for our car than before the pandemic, but I think that's just the way it is these days. I think Smythe gave us the best deal they could. We love Volvo and will definitely be repeat customers. More

Stacey went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and that all of our questions were answered. Henry in Finance had our paperwork completed very efficiently so that we could get back on the road for our 4 hour drive home. And Jeffrey walked us through all of the functions of the car. We love our new XC60. It is exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely reach out to Stacey again if we are in the market for another Volvo. More
