Explained things clearly today. I was in for express service, so nothing major except time waiting. If I'd known before buying tires elsewhere that this dealership offered a 6 mon I was in for express service, so nothing major except time waiting. If I'd known before buying tires elsewhere that this dealership offered a 6 month plan, I'd have possibly purchased here to save the trip for free tire rotation to the other place. Maybe next time...same with some of the other more expensive maintenance items. I love my car, I keep it maintained as recommended. I've learned the hard way though, that I can't say 'since I'm here go ahead and replace the wipers' or whatever, because I usually end up with a huge bill, which has been explained in the past that it's because they have to move to a different bay so it's the labor cost more than the wipers. I continue to go here though because it is an expensive vehicle and I want her to last as long as possible. More
