Jeremy, Keith and John in service make it an easy experience. Drop off vehicle, they call me when it is done, i pay over phone and they put receipt and key in car so i dont have to go inside. Originally asked for a tire rotation and oil change but when my car was returned I asked if they did the oil change and the lady said no and that I can just get it done next time. Staci is phenomenal! She got me into a lease 3yrs ago with a co-signer because my credit was fairly low. I went in a couple of weeks ago to discuss lease end options and walked out with a 2021 with 274 with a co-signer because my credit was fairly low. I went in a couple of weeks ago to discuss lease end options and walked out with a 2021 with 274 miles on it.... bought, not leased... and with NO co-signer!! My credit is better now, but still being worked on and I was still able to do this without a signer! Both times (lease & buy) she just picked one off the lot for me to test drive, and I actually LOVED both! She knows what you want before you do! Lol. GO SEE STACI ALEXANDER AT KIA OF LANSING! 10 ⭐️ rating from me! More

My salesperson, Staci, was excellent, very efficient, explained the leasing process well, very knowledgeable in all aspects of her product. I was in sales for 30 years and recognize quality. Everything went smoothly! Dropped off my car to service center, and left for a couple hours. Got a call that problem was taken care of....and drives and runs perfectly! They even addressed a couple routine center, and left for a couple hours. Got a call that problem was taken care of....and drives and runs perfectly!
